Neil Cree – Director

Neil is a Transport Planning expert with over 25 years’ experience in strategy, transport planning and project development in New Zealand and the UK.

With ten years’ experience working at the NZ Transport Agency, Neil has led the transport planning practice across the organisation. He contributed to the adoption of the Business Case Approach and is presently one of the Agency’s four Independent Professional Advisors for Transport Planning.

Neil is as comfortable developing business cases and programmes for transport investment as he is managing projects, teams and providing project direction. Neil has been the member of several project/contract boards for example Waitangi Wharf (Memorial Park Alliance) and the Milford Road Alliance. Neil is able to see the big picture and easily communicate how best to successfully move projects forward.

During his downtime, Neil enjoys a craft beer with friends in one of the many real ale houses tucked away in Wellington’s laneways.
